Sports Injury
I first started going to CCPT for the GLAD program after 3 total hip replacement, my goal was to be able to walk up stairs and go skating, after my second Glad program I was able to do just that, unfortunately in the fall I broke my second hip replacement and the physiotherapist, massage therapist and trainers got me back on track, I've been lifting weights most of my life and to do the physio stuff was very different than I'm used to at training but they are the professionals and I did it their way and slowly but surely things started to improve. I'm 69 and love pushing weights and they helped me to get back at it, thank you Brian, Shelly, Derek, and the rest of the staff, it's fun to go there and do my thing. GIVE THEM A CALL, YOU WON'T REGRET IT
